Consultant
The interview process was easy and they provided good interview preparation. The team was nice and very responsive. Big shout out to Katie B. who was amazing! Thank you for your help in securing my new role.
- What systems do you feel passionate about working with?
Operations
The recruiter contacted me about a job they thought was a good fit. After a quick phone chat, I was invited for an interview. I went in for an hour-long meeting where we discussed my work history and qualifications, which felt pretty standard. Then, another colleague joined to talk more about the job. I sent a thank-you email and followed up later in the week. I also emailed to ask if the client was interested and for feedback, but never heard back. I called a couple of days later, still no response. I guess it wasn't a match, but they really should have let me know. Their follow-up was really bad and not what I expected.
- All questions asked were standard.
Recruiter
I went through 2-3 interviews, mostly video calls, though one might have been in person. I also talked with senior team members about the background of the role, and we discussed the company's direction and what they're aiming for. Overall, it was a good experience.
- What sparked your interest in applying for this role?
Interviewer
I had a mock interview at Hollister Staffing with Meghan, who works for Suffolk University. Meghan described the company culture and work pace well and was easy to talk to, answering all my questions. The location's atmosphere is very appealing.
- Could you start by telling me about yourself?
