Standard interview process - first, I had a 30-minute phone screening with a recruiter who then passed my info along to the hiring team. Next, I did an in-person interview with both a team manager and the accounting manager. Everyone I met seemed genuinely happy and personable. They seemed eager to make a hiring decision quickly, but it actually took almost 3 weeks to hear back after the in-person interview. The response I got was a standard, "While your experience is impressive, we are going with someone more aligned with our needs," message. I asked for feedback, but they just repeated the same generic response. Interestingly, the job keeps getting reposted every week even three weeks later.

The interview process was pretty standard. I started with a phone screen with the recruiter. This then led to interviews with both the hiring manager and the department manager. After that, I had a third interview with the hiring manager, department manager, and some folks from other departments. Just a heads-up, be sure to keep on top of your recruiter, or you might not hear back. Mine actually forgot to send me the invite for my third interview. I reached out a week after that third interview and got no reply. I followed up again after a few more weeks, pretty much expecting at that point that I didn't get the job, and they finally got back to me saying they had selected someone else.

The interview process was very professional and they followed up nicely afterwards. They asked good questions that helped me feel comfortable and allowed for a more natural conversation.
