Claims Adjuster
So I had a phone screening first, then about a week later, I did an in-person interview with two Team Leaders. They asked me behavioral questions and why I wanted the job. Not even an hour later, I got a call to set up a second interview a few days later with two claims managers. This one was more about me and why I wanted the job, more laid back. An hour and a half after that, HR called with a job offer. They were super prompt, which I really appreciated. Loved the whole experience, especially how friendly everyone was.

- What makes you want this position?
- In a situation where a customer needs help, would you ever bend or break company policy to assist them?
Claims Adjuster
You apply online, and if you meet the basic criteria, you'll get an automated email to complete an assessment that takes about 45 minutes. They can take a while to respond after the assessment if they want to move forward with a phone interview. The interview covers typical areas like previous jobs, why you left, your education, and your interest in the company. The questions were pretty standard. It felt like they were really under pressure during my interview, and it was a bit rushed. The interviewer was nice but seemed stressed, which I found a bit concerning, but that's just my personal take.
- Can you share an instance where a situation didn't go as expected, leading to an upset customer/client, and describe how you handled it?
Claims Adjuster
I interviewed 3 times. My first interview was with 2 supervisor, but they referred me to another position that I better qualified for. I interviewed with another supervisor for that position. My last interview was with the site manager. Be prepared to the interview, so you that you are able to answer the question shortly after it is asked. Look the person in the eye. Have creative stories to tell relevent to the question. Be relaxed. My initial perception of the people, office, and work culture was positive. Everyone was pleasant was very welcoming.
- Tell me about a time you had to deal with an angry customer and how you handled it.
