It started with a phone call, then I went to their office in Worcester for a second round. After that, I had another phone call with some of the CFO's of the businesses. Everyone I spoke with was super helpful and had great things to say about the company. Mostly, it felt like a chat rather than an interview.

Behavioral Technical

A recruiter reached out initially for a general chat to see where I'd fit in the company. About a week later, I got an invite for an on-site interview session that lasted about 2.5 hours. I met with 4 people in person and talked to 1 more on the phone. Everyone was super nice and helpful. During all 5 interviews, I went over my resume and explained how my past experiences prepared me for the role. There were also a lot of standard behavioral questions. It was a good experience overall.
