I applied for the job and had a phone interview with HR. Then, I had a virtual interview with 4 managers for 30 minutes each. After passing those, I interviewed with the Director. All the interviews were thorough, friendly, and professional. They are looking for people with at least 3-5 years of adjuster experience so they can get started quickly. The company is distinguished and they really value professionalism.
