It started with a phone chat with HR. About a week later, I had a 2-hour interview with four actuaries. Everyone was really nice, and the whole thing went smoothly. The HR person I first spoke with stayed in touch the whole time. One actuary asked a 'technical' question, but it wasn't too hard.

It was a standard interview with HR first, then we had a final round with six actuaries who were at different seniority levels. Each of the interview rounds had two people in them. They also expect you to ask questions about the role and see how you'd fit into their teams.

The company was easy to communicate with. The interview process wasn't stressful, but some questions were repetitive from the first interview and were all behavioral. It was all 1:1 with different people from the company – usually one HR person, one actuary and at least one more senior person. Everyone is really friendly and helps you give your best. Some actuarial candidates were asked simple technical questions.
