They reached out to me through Indeed, but I applied anyway. When I showed up for the interview, they were surprised and spent a few minutes looking for my resume. They didn't seem to care about reading it and said my childcare experience wasn't relevant even though I've worked as a nanny and in a daycare.

The interview process goes smoothly, I answered every question genuinely and with enthusiasm. I love how the interviewer delivered every question comfortably as if we know each other for a long time, but of course I can still feel the respect and professionalism on the interviewer, so I would say I had a great experience on this interview.

It begins with an online interview, and if you move forward, you'll have an in-person interview at the school. During the school visit, you'll get to experience the job firsthand to see if it's a good match. They're really focused on how you interact with students and teachers. For administrative roles, they'll give you a clear picture of the daily tasks. Being organized and able to thrive in a dynamic environment is crucial. Flexibility is really important.

I had an interview over the computer first. The hiring manager was on vacation and was back the next week. It took almost another week to schedule the classroom interview. I was put into three different toddler classrooms. I was very unimpressed, the toys were low quality. It also said on the indeed advertisement that they offered health and dental insurance at that location but I was informed by an employee that they don’t. So that was false advertising. They don’t have a gross motor area for the children when it’s bad weather outside. Then after the interview I was informed I would hear by Monday at the latest and I heard nothing back at all. It’s a couple weeks later now. Completely unprofessional!
