Applied via website and got a call back for a formal interview. Mark Salinger gave me a good vibe about the role. Then Kelli Moyer followed up a lot, saying the team was impressed and Mark would call me back, which made me feel like a good candidate. But after that, it was radio silence. I reached out multiple times, but heard nothing for weeks. No update, not even if the job was filled. Months later, still no closure. It's basic courtesy to communicate, even if it's just to say there's no update, rather than give false hope and vanish. This lack of respect for candidates shows a bigger issue in their hiring process.

It was easy and basic. They only had part-time positions available, so I told them my availability and that I could schedule within those periods. I applied for the general position, and they offered me the barista role because that's where they needed help.

It was a really fast and simple interview process. I got the job right after, but it was for a part-time, seasonal position, so that might be why. I didn't have a ton of bakery experience, but it wasn't a big deal since I'd worked as a cashier before.

Confirmed questions1 question
  • The interview was straightforward, and the job is fast-paced but becomes easier once you get the hang of it.

I got a call for an interview last week on Tuesday. I went in for the interview and was offered the job on the spot. The person who interviewed me said that someone would be calling me for orientation, but I still haven't received a call. I called last week on Thursday to follow up, thinking maybe they forgot, but the person who answered said they were waiting for orientation dates. It's now Monday and I still haven't heard back.
