Executive Assistant
I was supposed to have a screening with HR, but the rep contacted me last minute and said that the Partner whose desk it was for was going to be conducting my interview instead. It was about 30 minutes long over Zoom.
- How do you maintain organization?
Administrative Assistant
I spoke with HR first, and then the executive in charge. Everyone was really nice and professional, making me feel super comfortable. They were open about what the role involves.
- What would your current employer say about you?
Executive Assistant
The interview process was fine. I first met with HR and then met with the coordinator and then all the partners. It was pretty straightforward. They wanted to know about my experience and background. I told them I wanted to be an agent and I would do whatever it takes. I told them I would be happy to start in the mailroom and I would work my way up. HR was friendly, the coordinator was also very friendly and the partners were nice in the interview.
- Why do you want to be an agent?
