I had a Zoom interview with the manager. They asked behavioral questions and expected STAR responses. It was pretty conversational and more like an introduction to the unit. I wish I could have interviewed in person, but the online format was easier.

They asked standard interview questions and some clinical application questions. This included EKG interpretation, situational decision making, and understanding of basic ACLS protocols.
