Claims Adjuster
We had a recorded interview where they asked some basic questions, and also I had to write some responses. It was pretty easy, they let me practice as much as I wanted, but I could only record it once.
- What does customer service mean to you?
Claims Adjuster
I was contacted pretty late after putting in my resume, which had no claims experience on it. Once I had the interview, I felt really good about joining the company and I love it here. I actually passed up an offer I got two days prior because I wanted to work here more. The interview was extremely casual, more of a get-to-know-you session than anything. I feel like they kind of picked their candidates they wanted to hire before they brought them in. Also, the drug test here was kind of intense, not gonna lie. Nobody sits in the room with you, if they stand right outside the door and it was creepy haha.
- Can you tell me about a time you had to deliver unwelcome news to a customer?
- Are you comfortable with sitting at a desk and handling phone calls?
Claims Adjuster
The interview started on time. I talked with 3 supervisors and a manager. Each supervisor asked me situational questions. After the interview I had to finish the paper application and show my ID. I got the job offer a week later. I started working a week after accepting the offer. It was pretty easy and not stressful.
- How would you handle specific situations related to the role?
