Over a couple of months, I went through a bunch of interviews as they were building out their Canadian office. It felt like they were going in a good direction and I kept talking to more senior folks, but ultimately, I didn't get the job. The interviews themselves were nice, professional, and I enjoyed them, but the whole thing took way too long.

It started with an individual or 2 person panel interview. After that, I had to wait a few weeks for my references to be contacted. HR then called me with an offer, which was followed up by an email offer. The whole interview and orientation process was really professional, probably because it was handled by HR.
