First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at The Fedcap Group.
Senior Manager
Over a couple of months, I went through a bunch of interviews as they were building out their Canadian office. It felt like they were going in a good direction and I kept talking to more senior folks, but ultimately, I didn't get the job. The interviews themselves were nice, professional, and I enjoyed them, but the whole thing took way too long.

After some waiting, I spoke with the manager. The questions were pretty straightforward. I also had to give a presentation on self-awareness based on slides they sent over. They only really wanted to hear about the first few slides out of the 16, so I'd suggest focusing your prep there.
- Can you tell me about yourself?
- What motivates your interest in working for The Fedcap Group?

The interview process was pretty quick. A recruiter called me and scheduled an interview super fast. I then interviewed with a group of 4 to 5 people, and it was pretty short. They asked basic questions that I felt well-prepared for. However, it's been about 10 days and I still haven't heard back. The position is still posted as open, so I'm guessing I didn't get it, but there's been absolutely no response from the recruiter or anyone who interviewed me about why. I know this is common, but I felt I was pretty overqualified for this role and had asked for feedback, so I'm surprised they didn't professionally offer any explanation.
- What are your views on poverty?
Intake Specialist
I got a call for a phone screening, and then a in-person interview was set up for two days later. Everyone was super welcoming and nice, and the interviewer was really friendly. It felt more like a casual chat with a friend, and she really connected with what I was saying. The interview lasted about an hour and had a lot of questions. They seemed really interested in getting to know me. At the end, they thanked me for my time and said HR would be in touch. I got an offer about a week after.
- Can you tell me about your understanding of what this organization does?
- What three adjectives would your former manager use to describe you?
- What are three key elements you believe are vital for a team?
