The interview and offer process was incredibly disrespectful. I was initially told that references would only be checked if they intended to hire me. After three successful interview rounds and a reference check (where my references would have given positive feedback), I heard nothing. My follow-ups received vague assurances about their excitement and upcoming next steps. After a couple of weeks, considering the current instability in the research field, I followed up again. Their response was a generic rejection email, which they essentially copy-pasted when I asked for more details. I'm appalled by this candidate treatment; they implied I would be hired, led me on, and then ghosted me. It's a complete lack of respect for candidates' time.

It was good and professional. Had technical and managerial rounds together. And the result was known within a week's time with the offer letter rolled out. So the overall experience was good and neat.

It started with a 30-minute call with the recruiter about my background and experience, and they asked about my salary expectations. Then I had a Zoom call with the biostatistician manager where they asked me technical questions. The third round involved three back-to-back 30-minute Zoom interviews, each with two interviewers. They asked technical questions and for examples of relevant project experience. I haven't heard back from the recruiter since the third round.

It was a three round interview process. The first round was a phone call with HR. The HR person was really professional and knew their stuff, they told me a lot about the company and the team. Then there was an online SAS test with about 30 multiple-choice questions on SAS base and advanced topics. The final round was a video interview with the directors. They were super nice and friendly, and really experienced. They asked me some basic SAS technical questions and some behavioral questions. Overall, the whole thing felt very professional and moved along quickly.
