The whole thing took over a month or two. First, they check your resume, then send a Grinder link. This link has four parts: multiple-choice questions, questions about your past work, two coding questions, and then some HR questions. If you pass that, you move on to a panel interview. It wasn't super hard, they mostly wanted to know about your past work and how you approached it.

The interview process was excellent and straightforward. The questions were well explained and the atmosphere was friendly. It's a 3-stage interview. The first stage was over the phone. The second stage was a scenario/project based architecture question. The third stage will usually be in Dubai where you'll speak to one of their Head of Engineering staff.

So I interviewed a few months ago. The first part was an online technical test, about an hour long. Then, there was a second round, an online interview that went for close to an hour too. I never got any feedback after that. I followed up twice, and they just kept saying they were still interviewing other people and would get back to me once that was done. It's kind of weird, it's been like 3-4 months now, and I'm wondering if they're still interviewing for the same role.

Confirmed questions2 questions
  • Objective-type questions and video questions asking to discuss problems faced in projects and how they were resolved.
  • Straightforward Java and its framework related questions, plus 1-2 aptitude type questions.
