I wasn't even invited to interview. I later found out they hired people with no prior recruitment experience, and some candidates didn't even have a degree. So, I really have no idea what their selection criteria even is.

First up was a robotic interview, not with a real person. The second stage had me waiting in a waiting room for over 60 minutes, and there was zero communication. I actually left the process at this point because this was a workday for me and I was just disgusted by the lack of respect for my time.

It was 5 interviews through Hirevue, fast and easy, just you need to prepare yourself very well and to be ready to answer the questions fast to be fluent in english is a plus
