I did the online assessment on Glider, and then got invited to a panel interview. There were three interviewers: two from the tech team and one from HR. I felt pretty good about it, answered everything except the Emirates fleet question.

Technical Coding

It wasn't a great experience. I didn't talk to a recruiter before the technical interview, so I had no clue about the role or project. The job description was really vague. I asked the recruiter for more info, but the response came just 3 hours before the interview and wasn't helpful at all, like they just sent something for the sake of it. Since I didn't have details about the role and project, I couldn't prepare properly. I didn't even know if the role was a good fit for me. The interviewers were quite cold and lacked empathy. For the coding part, I wasn't ready with any specific framework in my IDE because the recruiter's instructions were unclear about it.

I had a technical round using the Hireview application. The questions appeared on my computer screen during the Hireview interview. The interview was recorded and there was a timer running. It was a nice experience overall.
