They were really nice and made me feel comfortable during the interview. The whole process was very organized and systematic. Everyone on the team was polite and seemed genuinely interested in seeing if I was a good fit. Overall, a really good experience.

This is a long 2-day interview process. It starts with a phone interview, then they bring you in. Day 1 is a presentation and QA session. If you pass Day 1, then Day 2 consists of psychometric testing and group discussions. Sometimes it's unprofessional, where they put you and other candidates for the same role in a room for a group discussion where you have to introduce yourself and your work, which compromises your confidentiality.

Confirmed questions4 questions
  • You get a problem statement and have to prepare a presentation for a committee of two people from the hiring department and HR.
  • You'll be given time to present, and then the Q&A will start, which can be about the presentation, your resume, or general topics.
  • The psychometric testing is very unusual; most people haven't done anything like it unless they worked in the military or secret services.

Applied and got an invite for an online assessment a month later. The invite described how the online assessment works, however the time to complete it was less than stated. On a Friday noon, I received an email to complete it by EOD Monday. There was an option to ask for more time, but since I was in a bad state to find a new role, I decided to try it. The online assessment had options to try sample questions, which was helpful. I finished my assessment on Monday, and it's been exactly 2 months, with no response at all from the team. I followed up with my recruiter multiple times and can't express what a waste of my time it was. Worst recruitment experience ever from such a reputed organization. I wish no one had to go through this type of recruitment experience ever. I know they have a great talent pool and all, but a proper response or update should be given to those applicants who try to take time to give the one-way online assessments.
