- What are the key performance indicators for bank reconciliations?
Finance
So I applied online and then there was an internal CV screening. After that, Emirates contacted me for a phone HR interview. Then, I had a one hour phone interview with the recruiting manager and they shortlisted me for a face-to-face interview. The whole process included online testing (logical, analytical), and then an interview with a psychologist. Everything went really well and I moved on to the final interview which lasted 1.5 hours. I had one hour to prepare a presentation on a topic that HR told me about (I couldn't use the internet or books), then I presented to a Board for 20 minutes, and after that, there was a 1-hour interview.
- What are your personality traits?
- What are your technical skills relevant to this position?
