Engineer

So, first, there was this psychometric assessment, which is pretty much a personality evaluation, and then they gave me some feedback and we discussed it. After that, I had a face-to-face interview with the hiring manager, and also an HR representative. They also showed me around the facilities and a sample of the accommodation.

Technical Engineer
The interview process involved a case study followed by an interview. The task was to design an application, considering both functional and non-functional requirements. The design document needed to include detailed guidelines and the rationale behind design decisions. This case study was followed by an interview.
