Customer Service Representative
The interview was held in person at the downtown office, with the rest of the panel joining via Zoom on a laptop in the interview room. The atmosphere was cordial, but the interview felt a bit intimidating. Initially, the questions were general before becoming more focused on the job scope.
- Could you tell me what you know about Emirates?
Customer Service Representative
The interview process was pretty straightforward. It started with 6 easy behavioral questions. They wanted to know how I deal with stress, handle difficult clients, manage challenging situations, and adapt to change. Then there were two games, one easy and one difficult.
- How do you adapt to a change?
- How do you handle a difficult client?
- Describe a time when it was important to follow new rules.
Customer Service Agent
So there were about 40 to 50 candidates for this role, and we had a 4 round interview process. The first round was a 30-minute written exam with 4 customer handling questions. After that, the second round was a one-on-one interview where I had to give a small briefing about my personal profile. They waited for a bit and then cut down a lot of people, nearly 30, calling names out one by one. The third round was an English Proficiency test, which took 40 minutes and had 66 questions. Finally, the fourth round was a face-to-face interview. The questions weren't the same for everyone; for me, they asked 5 situation-based questions. I haven't heard back since, so I don't know if I got the job or not.
- Can you tell me about a difficult decision you had to make?
- Give an example of when you dealt with an impolite customer.
- What are some skills you've worked on improving on your own?
