the whole process took about 6 months to complete, it was pretty well organized and structured, I did ability tests, interviews, and group assessments. Oh, and there was an interview with a psychologist and security clearance was part of it too.

So first, there was a technical interview, then a presentation where I had to do a case study on a real-time problem and present it to the panel.
