It started with a Skype call, then we had a panel interview at Emirates HQ in Dubai. There were also some tests for communication and presentation skills. They wanted to see if I had problem-solving skills and could get things done on a tight schedule. The panel included HR, heads of departments, and a psychologist. They asked a bunch of questions about my personality, how much I know about the job, my goals, my work habits, and my future plans.
