First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at The Emily Program.
Registered Nurse
Had a phone call with a recruiter first, then a zoom interview with the hiring manager. It was a clear and honest process. Seemed like a good place to work.
- Can you tell me about your previous work history?
- What is your availability for this role?
Registered Nurse
Had a phone interview where they asked about my experiences and my food philosophy. The interviewer was nice, and they let me ask questions about the company and how they support their staff.
- What is your food philosophy?
- Why are you interested in working with this specific population?
Registered Nurse
HR was super disorganized. We set a time for a phone interview, but they never called. When I called them, they said they had scheduled it for much later. They told me if I couldn't make that new time, it would have to be cancelled. I had to cancel because I was at work and couldn't leave my patients. They said they'd reach out to reschedule, but never did. I missed out on the job because of HR's mess.
- Can you tell me a bit about yourself?
- What's your understanding of our facility?
