So I had my first interview over zoom with an HR recruiter. They asked basic STAR questions, and then some about my admin experience and if I had worked with eating disorders or mental health before. The second interview was with the department manager. They were really nice and it wasn't high pressure at all. It was more STAR questions and reviewing my resume. I was told the recruiter would let me know about the next steps, but then I got ghosted. No follow up, no response, and they re-posted the job. So, I wouldn't suggest applying because they don't even have the decency to send a rejection email.

I first got a call from HR for a quick 10-minute phone interview. After that, I was invited for an in-person panel interview at their office. There, I met with the supervising manager and two people who used to do the job. The in-person interview lasted about 30 minutes.

They reached out the day after I applied and set up a phone interview with HR. It was a quick and easy chat. Then, I had another phone interview with someone from the clinic, followed by an in-person interview with some admin staff. They asked me to come back for one more interview. The last one was with the director, where I mostly went over my resume, and then an assistant joined and asked me some questions they thought of on the spot. It didn't feel super professional. I had to wait a long time because the director went on vacation right after and didn't leave contact info, even though she said I could ask questions before they made a decision. They eventually got back to me to say they chose someone else. They didn't give me any feedback when I asked.
