I was led to a room and executives came in. They talked to me about my background and skills and how they would benefit the company. The managers were really nice and welcoming, not stressful at all. They seemed like really humble people. The interview experience was great. If you have an interview with them, don't be worried. It sounds like a cliché, but just be yourself. They really like enthusiastic people!

I went through 3 rounds of interviews for this job. First, there was an HR phone screening, which was pretty straightforward. Then, I had a virtual interview with two heads of the ad sales team, and that was also easy. The final round was a virtual interview with three vice presidents, though a fourth person didn't show up. The whole thing took about two months. I tried reaching out to the HR recruiter a few times but never got a response about the outcome, which I found unprofessional.

The process was really smooth, with great communication the whole way through. The interviewers were really flexible with my busy schedule. It took about 3.5 weeks in total, not counting the time for the background check results to come back.
