The interview process was really smooth and went by quickly. Everyone I talked to was responsive and really thorough. Applying online was easy too. They were super accommodating and answered all my questions.

The team was great! It took about 3 months from applying to getting the offer. It was a tough process with four interviews in total, though one interview was split into two. They needed three references to complete a survey and I also took a personality/competency exam. The questions were fair and they were clear about wanting to find the right fit for the job and Scripps' culture. Everyone I spoke to was kind and offered perspective, but also realistic about the job. I felt comfortable, which helped me be open about my background and areas for growth. They seemed more interested in how they could help me develop once hired, rather than just if I could do the basic tasks. This process really showed me the company's values.

The process was great. A recruiter reached out to me for an initial phone interview. After that, I interviewed with the local manager, then their manager and that person's manager. There was also a video interview along the way. Every step felt good.
