Software Engineer
I was reached out by an internal recruiter on linkedin, then I had a call where they told me to apply through their website. I applied, and after 3 weeks of no contact, I messaged the recruiter. They told me the hiring manager was sick, which isn't true. The recruiter then told me they'd pass my CV to other managers. I never heard back. The recruiter was very unprofessional.
- What are your salary expectations.
Software Engineer
The interview process started with a phone chat with HR covering behavioural topics, followed by a take-home coding challenge. Finally, there was a technical interview with a senior engineer and the team manager, which felt very representative of the actual job. Everyone was nice and professional, and the whole thing was pretty quick and efficient. I ended up turning down the offer because another role was a better match for what I wanted to do, but I'd still recommend this company and would consider them again later.

First round phone interview: Just some behavior questions and introduction about their business. Lasted for about 40 minutes. Second round was technical interview, questions are not so hard. Third round was on-site interview: including more technical part, harder and longer time.
