They got in touch with me within 48 hours of me applying. First, I had a chatty interview with two managers. Then, they sent me an assessment, which wasn't too hard. For the final stage, I spoke with a Principal. The whole thing took about two weeks up to that point, but then I had to wait another month for them to let me know their decision. My tip is to show you're into urban planning or real estate. Just be yourself, as they're not just checking your resume; they want to see if you'd be a good fit personality-wise.

Had a disorganized and chaotic interview process with 15-minute slots to talk to different people, followed by a case study. It felt like they were looking for someone 'interesting' rather than someone talented or intelligent, and their definition of 'interesting' was unclear. The most concerning aspect was that most interviewers lacked knowledge of proforma, which is crucial for a real estate consulting company.

It was a really fast process. I sent in my application online and within two days, I was speaking with a manager. After that, I had another call scheduled with a different manager. There was also an Excel exercise and a written analytical essay where I had to provide free responses. The assessments weren't difficult; they were mainly to see how well I could analyze things. The final stage was an interview with a principal. Everyone I met was super friendly, and the conversations felt very relaxed.
