I had great interviews with four people on the team. After a good first interview, they moved me quickly to talk to three of them on the same day. Everyone I talked to gave me positive feedback and said I'd be a great addition to the team. Then, two weeks passed with me trying to get in touch, and I haven't heard back. I was really excited about this job and know I could have made a big impact. It's a shame the process started so well and ended like this. They should at least let candidates know their status.

DO NOT RECOMMEND APPLYING. Clorox company doesn't care about their applicants. They don't care that you took 4 hours to speak with 7+ different individuals and spent your own time doing research, prep, personalized thank you emails etc. They will ghost you and not take the time to let you know you didn't get the job. Yep, cant take the 30 seconds to send a email saying hey unfortunately we have moved forwards with other candidates. Much better companies to be at that value people more.

Behavioral

My hiring process was many years ago. It isn't particularly relevant today. Nevertheless, it was fairly typical. I met with a number of potential managers and peers. The questions were behavioral in nature. I suspect that is the same. People want to know my current role responsibilities, how I was evaluated, and how I performed in certain situations. It's a fairly meat and potatoes approach.
