First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at The Clorox Company.
Executive Assistant
The process was straightforward. The recruiter clearly explained the steps: an interview with the recruiter, then HR, the GM's Assistant, the current EA, and finally the GM. There was some miscommunication about the date and time for the GM interview, and after that, I didn't hear back for over two weeks, leaving me unsure if I was still being considered.
- Could you tell me about yourself?
- What are your current job responsibilities?
- Have you had experience organizing meetings?
Executive Assistant
Their recruitment process takes ages for them to review applications and make final decisions, one of the longest recruitment process I ever been. Interviews ask you over and over the same questions.
No confirmed questions were included in this interview report.
Administrative Assistant
I met with the manager, who then sent me to HR for a test. Afterward, I underwent training with the team and other Admins from different departments. I then had a one-on-one interview with the group I'd be joining, followed by a company tour that included a background conference.
- Are you able to work quickly and independently?
- Do you have experience managing a budget?
