Technical Behavioral

I got an interview at a career fair for the next day. It was split into a technical part and then behavioral questions. The recruiters felt very fake. It wasn't my best interview, but I thought I'd try again for a full-time job next year. The same recruiters were there, so they remembered me. Sadly, the recruiter was really rude and rejected me right away. I feel like this shows the company's true colors and how they don't respect people they just don't like. I know not every company will hire me, but they should at least be polite to applicants, especially since they turned me down before.

Behavioral Technical Presentation

The process was pretty simple, but it had a lot of parts. First, a recruiter call, then a phone interview with the Plant Engineering Manager, followed by a phone interview with the Corporate Engineering Manager. After that, there was an onsite interview where I met with a bunch of people. The phone interviews were mainly about explaining my experience and giving me a chance to ask about the job and company. They mostly asked behavioral questions, wanting to know how I handle different situations. The people I spoke with were easy to talk to and answered all my questions. The onsite involved four separate one-hour interviews in pairs with people from different departments, a tour of the plant, and lunch with the manager and another engineer. The questions were again behavioral, and many were repeated. All the interviewers were straightforward and made sure I knew the process and how they wanted me to answer. I found them all friendly and easy to chat with. The HR team was super helpful throughout, arranging interviews, scheduling travel, and answering anything I needed. They usually replied within a day via email.

Behavioral

I met the interviewer at a career fair and got an interview slot. The interviewer was relaxed and nice. We shared information. He introduced me to the company and what I would be doing, reviewed my resume, and then asked some behavioral questions. There were 5 questions and I had to get pretty creative, but it was relaxed and I didn't feel rushed. We ended with 15 minutes left, so he gave me a quick history lesson on PLCs. It was very helpful.
