Behavioral Technical

First, I took a wonderlic test. Then, I had an interview where they asked me simple, typical behavioral questions, like a time I took leadership and what got me into programming. Right after that, about 10 minutes later, someone else interviewed me to ask about the languages I know, the projects I've worked on, and why I stand out compared to my classmates. Everyone was really nice, and the process was smooth. A few days later, they called and offered me the position.
