Behavioral Presentation

First, I had a one-way video interview where I answered some questions on camera, and then that video was sent off for review. It was a pretty good setup because I could take my time with each question and it wasn't stressful. After that, I came in for an in-person interview with a panel of people. They each took turns asking me the same set of questions they had prepared. It felt pretty relaxed, and everyone was really nice.

Applied on handshake and then had a virtual interview with the manager because of Covid-19. They seem to prefer candidates with a technical background, and they liked that I'm an Information Systems major.

It started with this video interview thing, kinda awkward. Then there was a group interview with a few managers. The people were really nice for the most part, though. The questions they asked were a bit strange.
