I sent in my resume online and then the hiring manager and I emailed back and forth to make sure my skills were a good fit for the job. The first interview was in person with two people from the team I would've been on. The second interview was also in person with one of the team members and a really high-level supervisor who was the one who created the program I would have been managing. They called me on the phone to tell me if I got the job.

After that, I had a phone interview with the current manager, then with the manager of field operations. Over the next 5 months, I interviewed with several other individuals before receiving an offer.
