I applied online and then got a video interview, followed by a take-home test. After that, I was invited for an in-person interview at their site. Getting there was a bit of a hassle with parking and security, and then a long walk through construction areas to a different building. The interviewers were professional but not very engaging, mostly focusing on their laptops. The HR person explained the job duties, which turned out to be quite different from the original job description I applied for, and included tasks I wasn't interested in or experienced with. The HR rep mentioned it was hard to fit everything in the posting. Also, the job was advertised as hybrid, but I was told it would only be remote up to one day a week, and that occasional late hours or overtime would be required, which caught me off guard. I felt like my time was wasted because I wouldn't have applied if I knew all the details upfront. It would have been nice to have a woman from the department or HR present, as the setup felt a bit intimidating and not very welcoming. I decided to withdraw my application after returning home.

I went through two phone interviews, then a Skype interview, followed by an in-person meeting. There were also some tests involved. I spoke with HR, a few managers, and the managing director. The whole thing took about three months, but they were flexible with my schedule.
