So first there was this video interview where I had to answer pre-recorded questions. Then, I had an in-person interview with my potential supervisor, the finance manager, and someone from HR. It took almost a month to hear back after that.

The interview process included a case study and two rounds of interviews. First, there was a Zoom interview with HR, followed by a case study that required a presentation. The final round involved meeting with the hiring manager to discuss job expectations and benefits. Overall, it was a positive interview experience in a friendly work environment.
- Can you tell me about your strengths?
Accountant
I talked with them two times, each time with two interviewers. They asked me general questions like tell me about yourself, tell me about your successful story, what is your weakness, etc. The interviewers were sincere and very kind. The interview went for about 30 minutes.
- Were you tested on any accounting knowledge?
- Get prepared reviewing basic accounting principles.
