Had a few interviews with the management team. They started with some general questions then got into more specific stuff about liquor, beer, and wine knowledge, and how to handle tricky hospitality situations. They also asked about having your own transportation and if your availability is pretty open.
- What is your desired weekly income from tips?

It was a business casual interview held in a private dining room. They asked questions about introducing myself, my strengths and weaknesses, and my wine knowledge. Basically, it was a standard interview, just make sure to highlight your hospitality skills and show you know fine dining.
- Can you introduce yourself and discuss your future aspirations?
- What are your key strengths and areas for development?
- Could you elaborate on your wine knowledge?

Started with an online prescreening personality test, then uploaded my resume. Took about a week to get an email inviting me to interview. There were 4 interviews in total. You proceed to the next interview as soon as the person above you approves you, so it happens over several days unless you're lucky and the next manager is available right after your current interview.
