I applied for three different jobs at Campbell's over the past year. Each application process took nearly two months and involved several interviews with managers, with each position having about three stages and interviews with four different managers. The first two times, I just got a generic rejection email, and no feedback, even though I thought I did well since they considered me for a third role. For the third application, at least the hiring manager emailed me saying I interviewed well but didn't get the job. It's really frustrating to go through so many interviews and rejections without understanding why. Campbell's should really improve their hiring process; I wouldn't want to work for a company that treats candidates like that, let alone employees.

I had a single call with the recruiter who mentioned I'd get updates soon on the next steps. However, three weeks passed without any communication. Despite multiple attempts to reach out, I received no response. Eventually, after one last try, they got back to me stating they'd decided to proceed with internal candidates instead. It felt really unprofessional and rude to leave someone hanging for so long, especially in this job market.
