Candidate interview experiences
First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at The Campbell's Company.
Sales Manager
It was very processed driven and typical of large CPG companies. It started with several phone screens and then moved to an in-person interview. The questions were very vanilla with the hope you answer in the STAR method. More junior employees clearly had the questions prepped from HR or whatever training they went though. More senior members asked questions specific to the role.
- Can you share an instance where you faced a significant challenge in .......?
Sales Manager
I applied online and then had a phone interview with the hiring manager. After that, I went in for an in-person interview with two people. The whole process was pretty straightforward. My final interview was with the regional Vice President. I liked that the process was quick and simple, and they were really clear about how things would go.
- Can you tell me about your past experiences?
Sales Manager
The recruitment process was handled by the Regional VP and HR. It began with an initial phone screening, followed by two in-person meetings, one with my direct supervisor and another with HR. Subsequently, there were several more phone interviews and opportunities to ask questions. Finally, an offer was extended and accepted.
