The recruiter and the whole process were super professional, with clear instructions, company info, and a schedule with interviewer names. It was five interviews back-to-back with no breaks. I was interviewed by employees and consultants for a full-time role. Each interviewer had a required question list, limiting other questions. Some interviewers were prepared, others didn't know who I was or about the job posting. After, the recruiter said the job was no longer open, which didn't match my interview experience based on what the hiring manager said. Overall, the process was professionally managed, but the interviewers could have been better.

The interview process started with some basic questions about my experience and my understanding of the role. The recruiter did cancel my interview last minute and asked to reschedule. During the interview, the recruiter paused it to handle something at home while I was still on the line. They did not respond or reply to my follow-ups after the interview.
