After applying and uploading my materials, I was contacted directly by the manager about a phone interview. Both the department manager and the direct manager were on the call. The interview process varies by department. For example, I heard the finance department has several back-to-back 30-minute interviews. My experience was just one interview focused on my past experience.

I got an interview offer after chatting with a hiring manager at a career fair. The next day, I had an interview with him and two HR people all at the same time. They were really nice and professional, and mostly asked basic behavioral questions. It felt more like a conversation, super chill.

This included stuff about brands, how I would handle challenges, why I wanna work at Campbells, and why I'd want to move to that area. I met with a few brand managers and they were really nice and professional people to interview with.
