Candidate interview experiences
First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at The Campbell's Company.
Financial Analyst
I applied through Drexel's co-op portal for the Financial Analyst Co-Op role. The interview was about 30 minutes long and had two interviewers. They seem to really care about Microsoft Excel skills and attention to detail. Make sure you research the company and be ready for standard questions about your interest in the role, as well as your strengths and weaknesses.
- Can you walk me through your resume and highlight relevant experiences?
Senior Financial Analyst
It was a pretty basic interview process. There were several rounds, but I never heard back at the end, even after I tried to follow up. It's fine if I didn't get the job, but I wish they would have let me know, ideally with some explanation.
- Could you start by telling me about yourself?
Financial Analyst
The interview had a total of 3 rounds. The first was with the director, the second with the Finance Manager, and the third with the IT manager. The process was fine and the interviewers were very good and responsive, but in the third round, the IT manager changed all the information given by the Director and the Finance Manager.
- Can you tell me about your experience?
- What are your thoughts on the role you've applied for?
