Got an email from a recruiter about the job. Had a phone interview and then got a contingent offer. Accepted in May 2018 and was told I'd start in 4-6 weeks. But then nothing happened for 2 months. My contact person had no idea what was going on and kept saying they'd get back to me with updates, but never did. I waited for months more with no news. Finally, in September 2018, my contact told me onboarding was being paused and it looked like they were losing the contract, which was apparently in flux when I was hired but I wasn't told. So I withdrew my acceptance. Super negative experience, awful communication, they strung me along. Honestly, better to go with bigger companies that have their hiring and contracts sorted.

This company hooks up some of the biggest names in the IC with qualified workers. You'll also have to take a polygraph and an employee orientation. In the end, it's best to be yourself and show your passion to impress hiring managers looking for confident, experienced people for awesome contracts.

The interview process was pretty quick and easy. We exchanged a few emails and then I had a phone interview. The phone interview was quite fast and involved basic questions, and we also discussed my salary expectations. I received a job offer right after.
