Fair interview. They really dug deep into my knowledge of machine learning methods (both supervised and unsupervised), statistical methods, and even threw in some brain teasers, plus they checked my social fit. It was a long day with at least 8 people interviewing me.

So far, it's been pretty straightforward. I completed an initial screening, and then had a 30-minute interview with the hiring manager where they asked me some questions. My application was then sent out to several different labs, which has given me a lot of chances to find a Research Assistant I position. I'm still in the middle of the interview process.
