Candidate interview experiences
First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at The Breakers.
Server
I interviewed with a few managers and felt like it went pretty well, as my experience was exactly what they were looking for. They seemed really interested in me and told me I'd hear back in a few days. But then over a week went by and I never got the offer.
- Have you been to this place before?
Server
Everyone was really nice and professional during the interview process, and things moved along quickly once the interviews started. It was a lengthy process, but ultimately worthwhile for the great opportunity. I highly recommend it for anyone looking for a significant career step.
- How do you contribute to your local community?
Server
I had seven interviews for a server job, which felt like a lot since they all asked the same things. The interviews were connected to a gym at their main restaurant on the property. It was a bit much for a server position; I could understand it if I was trying to move up to management.
- Could you share a weakness of yours?
