This recruiting agency is super fast to get in touch and schedule stuff, but then they just vanish. They're only working for their client, even though it looks like they care about you. They don't. The hiring team asks some tough questions, but it feels like they're really trying to get info about your current company. Then they ghost you, no updates after you've spent time with them. Total waste of time. Stay away from agencies.

Behavioral Presentation

I first connected with the company at their networking event. A week later, they emailed me to set up a Skype interview. The following week, I had a behavioral analysis, and then finally, an in-person interview at their office with two senior team members. The whole thing took a bit over a month. Even though there were a bunch of steps, the talent acquisition team and the senior leaders were really nice and direct. I didn't get an offer, but they did say the last part was a presentation to the senior board members.

So I applied and then the very next day I got an email to schedule a phone interview. It was about 20 minutes long, and then after that, I got scheduled for an in-person interview for the following week. It turned out to be the same person who interviewed me on the phone. She was really nice and just asked pretty direct questions. The in-person one lasted around 45 minutes.

It was a series of conversational interviews. The last one was an in-person meeting where I met with 5 employees back-to-back. The interview experience itself was great, but I never heard back after the final round even though I followed up multiple times via email.
