Candidate interview experiences
First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at The Bountiful Company.
Intern
The interview experience was good. It was conducted over Zoom, which was a different but positive experience. I liked going through the process and learning more about what interviewing is like.
- Could you tell me more about yourself?
Intern
I had one phone interview and then one in-person interview. The in-person one had two interviewers and was pretty straightforward if you did your homework on the company. Definitely look into the company's core values and mention the job responsibilities you're applying for. Show you're generally interested.
- Tell me about your strengths.
- What about your weaknesses?
Intern
The interview process started with a simple HR screening. Then, I had phone interviews with the managers, which were followed by an in-person interview with the same managers. The HR part was easy, but the later interviews were much harder, though I felt they were fair.
- Could you tell me which department you are most interested in working in?
