Got an email from what I think was an HR person, maybe outsourced, to set up a phone chat. After that, I had an in-person interview a few days later. The HR person emailed me about a week after the in-person interview to say I was still being considered and they were still interviewing people. But then a whole month went by with no word, so I hit them up for an update and didn't hear back. I also sent a thank you note right after my in-person interview to the interviewer and got absolutely no response. It's super unprofessional and rude to not even update a candidate, even if it's a rejection.

We had a short back and forth via email and then a phone call. After that, I had an interview with two supervisors. They talked a lot about the job, and it seemed nice. I asked about the company's recent money troubles and the new rules about health supplements, but they didn't really answer and just said we have to be competitive. That made me less excited about joining, and I was okay with not going if they couldn't talk about that stuff before hiring. The worst part was HR. They told me twice they'd call in a week, and both times they were late. When we finally set up the interview, they said HR would send the address and time. I didn't get it until 5pm the day before, even after asking twice. And after the interview, they never even told me if I got the job.

The interview process involved one phone screen, then two on-site interviews. It was a lengthy process but the company communicated well. The interviews felt like good discussions that covered company culture, values, and expectations. I got an offer that was as expected, and HR followed up with onboarding after I accepted. The whole experience was professional and positive, making me feel valued.

I had one phone interview and then one in-person interview. The in-person one had two interviewers and was pretty straightforward if you did your homework on the company. Definitely look into the company's core values and mention the job responsibilities you're applying for. Show you're generally interested.
