Applied via a strong referral and got an email from the recruiter the very next day to set up a call. The recruiter had a unique vibe but wasn't very professional. The day after, I had a call with the hiring manager. It was a traditional, basic phone interview, no video. I heard nothing for two weeks until the recruiter reached out to schedule another call. That call was later canceled, and I got a rejection months later. I tried to follow up numerous times but got no further feedback.

The interview process was really great. Everyone I met at The Boston Beer Company was very friendly, knowledgeable, and passionate about the organization. I had two phone interviews followed by two in-person interviews at the Boston Beer Company offices. The recruiters were super helpful and communicative throughout the entire process. Overall it was an awesome experience that I would gladly go through again!
